The SilverZone Foundation has kept the eligibility criteria broad to encourage maximum participation, believing that every student has the potential to shine if given the right platform.
- There are no specific prerequisites regarding academic performance, allowing students like you with varying levels of proficiency in mathematics to participate.
- The only criterion is that the student must be enrolled in a recognized school and studying in any grade from 1 to 12. If you are someone who is homeschooled it makes you unfit to take the iOM Exam.
Eligibility Criteria at different levels of the iOM Exam
- The IOM examination is conducted for classes 1 to 12 at 3 levels by the silverzone foundation. You are eligible to appear for all the levels if you can clear the previous levels.
- For the level 1 examination, all students like you from Classes 1 to 12 are given equal opportunity to register for the examination.
- In level 2 of the IOM examination, only the top 1000 rank holders in the first level of the exam are allowed to participate. Along with this, the rank holders from every class of the schools participating with a minimum percentage of 75 are eligible to apply for the exam.
- You must note that Level 3 of the Olympiad takes place in New Delhi, India. Only the rank holders from the level 2 examination are eligible to appear for the level 3 examination.
