The iOM exam has an objective type question paper and has a total of 3 levels.

If you are someone who is in between grades 1 to 12, you are eligible for Level 1.

Level 2 participation of students from classes 2 to 12 includes the top 1000 Olympiad rank holders with 50% or higher marks, and for Class 1st,  Rank holders with 75% marks given that at least 100 students participate in the Mathematics Olympiad. 

Level 3 eligibility includes all those students who have passed the second level and are studying in classes 6 to 12. There is no level 3 competition for classes below 6.
